Intelligent Leadership Development Program

Understanding the “context” of the coaching assignment and igniting your vision, goals, and enthusiasm is our top priority.

The Mattone Leadership Enneagram Inventory (MLEI), a powerful “inner-core” examination that has sparked the leadership growth of over 6,000 global leaders, including the late Steve Jobs, is used in the IL Coaching Process.

To help leaders correctly identify their leadership strengths and shortcomings, the IL Process adds two further “inner-core” evaluations, a patented Strategic-Tactical Leadership Index-360 (STLI-360) and stakeholder interviews to the MLEI.

After the ILDP is built, stakeholders and mentors are surveyed every three months using LeaderWatchTM Mini-Surveys. Throughout the process, clients are held accountable for improving their leadership impact and demonstrating ROI for both the leader and the sponsoring enterprise.

The IL Process both ignites and reinforces the need for introspection and deciding to be vulnerable, and thus being open to other people’s perspectives and feedback as fundamental drivers of behavioral change.

Leaders should start by writing out and internalizing their Core Purpose Statement (CPS). This allows for a clear delineation of the leader’s “essence” and who they must (rather than “wish”) become. The Assessment-Driven Individual Leadership Planning Tool (ILDP), a powerful, proprietary tool provided by the IL Process, allows leaders to develop custom, tailored opportunities for learning and implementing new activities that are compatible with their core purpose.
